Order returns & refunds
If you'd wish to return an item, it can be completed within 7 days of delivery if the product was not installed. To return the product, please safely pack the things within the primary packaging that came with the product. All products must be returned to Control Tower, 2101, Motor City. Orders cannot be returned after the product has been installed. In case of a manufacturing defect, or if the product is broken, and if the product is still within the warranty period, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org describing the issue, with photos of the product. Subject to availability, a similar model filter system will be replaced within 7 working days at no additional cost. The defective filter must be returned in complete, including its existing accessories, connections and manuals.
We usually ship the orders immediately as soon as the order is received. Therefore, if you wish to cancel your order, be sure to get in touch with us immediately at email@example.com so we can connect you with our processing department. If you contact us within 24 hours of purchase and before delivery, we will cancel the order for you at no additional cost. If the payment was processed, the refund might take up to 15 business days.
