Shipping and Installation
- Waterdrop.ae will deliver and install all filter systems using specialized trained technicians.
- Normally it can take anywhere between 1 to 2 hours to install each RO water filter.
- Delivery and installation appointments will be booked in advanced and must be Monday to Saturday between 9am to 4pm.
- A household member must be present for the delivery and the installation to ensure they sign the job form.
- Unless you have opted for a dual faucet, all RO water filter faucets require drilling a hole in your existing kitchen sink or counter top.
- The customer must ensure the cabinet under the kitchen sink is clear of other items during the installation process.

Order returns & Refunds

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately on sales@waterdrop.ae
• If you contact us within 24 hours of purchase and before delivery:
We can cancel the order for you at no additional cost. The refund of any money paid may take up to 15 business days, thank you for your patience and understanding.
• After installation is completed
Orders cannot be canceled after the products has been installed. In case of manufacturing defect and if within the product is still within the warranty period, please send us an email on sales@waterdrop.ae describing the issue. Subject to availability, a similar model filter system will be replaced within 7 working days at no additional cost. The defective filter must be returned in complete, including its existing accessories, connections and manuals.
There are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be informed about it in advance so that you do not have to worry unnecessarily about your order.
